Shonna is dedicated to helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, relationships and helping individuals to become their best possible self. She utilizes several approaches to help her clients; such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Shonna is able to utilize many different approaches to help all her clients achieve their therapeutic goals. She strongly believes in creating an open and safe environment for all individuals, where their thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
