About this Therapist

Chava is a licensed mental health counselor and credentialed alcoholism and substance abuse counselor with 7 years of experience serving individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, eating disorders, substance abuse, chronic pain and psychosomatic disorders. She is well versed in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), interpersonal psychotherapy and intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy. Chava takes a holistic and person-centered approach to mental health concerns, and helps every client to identify and process the root cause of their symptoms.
