Dialectical Behavior Therapy

This Series kicks off with an intensive DBT Core Principles course, which will help you begin to transform your mental health.

Every week you’ll join a close-knit group of individuals virtually who will provide encouragement and accountability as you explore DBT essentials.

The DBT Core Principles course is a required first step before you unlock the next Group Series group level, where we dive deeper into the methodology and practical applications that make DBT so successful.

Susana Potter, LMHC, BC-DMT

Susana Potter, LMHC, BC-DMT, is a skilled psychotherapist with 14+ years of experience in the mental health field. She offers an embodied approach to counseling which goes beyond traditional talk therapy, by integrating unique techniques into her practice such as dance/movement therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, yoga and mindfulness.

Dr. Stephanie Scott, LMHC

Dr. Stephanie Scott, LMHC, has over 20 yrs of experience in individual, group, couple, and family therapy. She specializes primarily in trauma recovery, anxiety and mood disorders, and relationships. Dr. Scott's therapy style is authentic and supportive, as she strives to facilitate each client’s efforts to become the best version of themselves.

You will have 1 weekly virtual session led by a licensed clinician with up to 15 classmates. You'll see the same faces each week, allowing you to feel more comfortable and accountable throughout your mental health healing journey.

How is this course billed?

Your card will be billed $299 upfront for the first 3 months DBT Core Principles course and then $100 at the start of each month-long billing cycle thereafter. If you are unable to attend a session one week, you will be able to read through the course manual at your leisure during the week to make sure you are up to speed for the following session.
