Karen Strober is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Nutrition Counselor who has over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. She specializes in treating anxiety, difficulty managing emotions, eating disorders and trauma. Using a holistic approach, Karen guides her clients to identify and build on their strengths and skills to overcome life’s many challenges. She provides a safe space and comforting environment for all her clients to express themselves and work toward their goals by using DBT, mindfulness strategies and stress management practices.

At each session, there will be an introduction of key topics followed by time devoted to answering any questions that participants may have about them.
